Sharon Soneff Sharon lives in a little beach cottage perched on a Southern California coastal canyon where a glimpse of the Pacific Ocean can be seen through lush eucalyptus trees. In the wee hours, when she is creating scrapbook pages or other artwork, she is often serenaded by barking seals and the crashing of the waves echoing up the canyon. It is not surprising that this environment provides much of the peace and inspiration from which she can create her artwork. Sharon loves taking color cues from nature and finds no better inspiration than Gods handiwork. Sharon is a veteran scrapbooker, and has been artfully assembling her photographs for over 10 years now. To Sharon, the photography process is equally important to the scrapbooking as is the matting and embellishing of them. She loves capturing moments in time with scrapbooking. Her son and daughter provide her with her best material for her scrapbook pages! She is grateful for the love, support and wisdom of her husband who is a musician and also has an artists perspective on things. Sharon currently devotes her life to her faith, her husband and two lovely children, and her talents in the arts and hospitality. Her love for the art form was apparent at an early age, and as a child loved to draw, make imaginary maps and floor plans, watercolor & oil paint, and was even found playing with color fan decks! Photography entered her life in junior high and has never left. A previous career in interior design and color consultation certainly plays a part in her scrapbooks, stamping projects, and other art forms. Sharon additionally loves poetry, painting, and music. She collects teacups and loves to frequent antique stores and flea markets and then pull all her finds together in creating tea parties as gifts of love. Being a part of Provo Crafts Scrapbook Team is such a joy in Sharons life. She loves interacting with the other team members who share her same passion, and with the folks at the home office who care so deeply about their artists, customers, and the industry! Sharons favorite Provo Craft products are the watercolor papers, the Back to Nature Papers and the Clear Impressions Stamps!
